State of the art report
This state of the art report is a base line review. It builds upon and synthesizes three separate reviews in each of the three participating countries and adds a European-wide political and contextual base.
The state of the art report focuses on the context of the wider social economy and in particular gives focus to social enterprises being well placed to support people into labour market and also to develop partnership work with the private and public sectors.
